Lina Fernandez is an associate in Goodwin’s Employment practice. She joined the firm in 2020.
Mrs. Fernandez is a member of the New Lawyer’s Forum and Labor and Employment Liaison at the Boston Bar Association, the Director of Communications at the Massachusetts Association of Hispanic Attorneys, and a member of the Hispanic National Bar Association.
Prior to joining Goodwin, Mrs. Fernandez was an LL.M clerk for Honorable Judge William G. Young at the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts. Before that, Mrs. Fernandez worked for different Bogota-based law firms in their Labor and Employment practice.
While attending law school in Colombia, Mrs. Fernandez was a member of the legal clinic Program of Action for Equality and Social Inclusion, and a teaching assistant for the employment law, social security law, legal research, and Constitution and democracy classes.
