breanishea-amayaBreanishea Z. Amaya is a faculty Teaching Fellow in New England Law | Boston's Clinical Law Office. Bree has previously served as a staff attorney at the Victim Rights Law Center, where she represented survivors of sexual assault in immigration, safety, and privacy matters in immigration, district, and superior courts throughout the Commonwealth. She also oversaw the office’s Internship Program, which involved recruiting, interviewing, and supervising law students.

Bree is the President of the Massachusetts Association of Hispanic Attorneys (MAHA) and has been a member of MAHA since 2014, and on the Board of Directors since 2017. Bree is also co-chair of the Massachusetts Domestic & Sexual Violence Council (DSVC).

Bree earned her J.D. from New England Law | Boston, where she served as President for the Latin American Law Student Association (LALSA) and President for the Multicultural Student Association (MSA). She earned her B.A. in Spanish from the University of Texas at Arlington.

Bree is a Honduran-American from Los Angeles, California. .
